1. The service
EbookCreator.ai provides AI-assisted tools for creating, editing and exporting eBooks, coloring books and covers. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Credits & plans
- Free accounts receive 50 credits each calendar month; unused credits do not expire while your account is active.
- Paid plans renew monthly, grant the stated credit amount each cycle, and can be cancelled anytime — cancellation stops future charges and keeps your plan active until the period ends.
- Credits are consumed per generation action (outline, chapter, assist, etc.) at the rates shown in the app and are non-refundable once consumed.
4. Your content & license
You own the content you create with the Service, including full commercial rights to sell it on any marketplace. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process and display that content in order to run the Service — nothing more. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs don't infringe third-party rights and for complying with each marketplace's policies (including AI-content disclosure on platforms such as Amazon KDP).
5. Acceptable use
- No generating content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to deceive.
- No attempts to circumvent credit accounting, rate limits or security measures.
- No reselling of the Service itself (reselling the eBooks you create is what it's for).
6. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated content can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing it. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
